Comprehensive Behavioural Evaluation: We assess your dog’s baseline manners, focus, engagement, and emotional state in everyday environments.
Goal Setting & Custom Plan: We discuss your specific challenges—whether that’s leash pulling, reactivity, recall, or puppy development—and determine which service tier best fits your needs.
Hands-on Skill Building: We begin laying the foundations right away so you have immediate, actionable exercises to work on at home.
Service Matching: We ensure your dog is properly screened before placing them into specialised options like our Day Training or invite-only Group Walks.

The Initial Assessment is the mandatory first step for all new clients before joining any of our Walk & Train, Day Training, Group Walk, or Puppy programmes.
This in-person session allows us to meet you and your dog, evaluate their current behaviour in real-world settings, and map out a tailored training plan to achieve your long-term goals.
